BUYING & GUIDE

We at SJ Diamond World understand the importance of providing our customers with the finest gems and diamonds available. All of our products are represented through select images to give our customers an accurate representation of what they can expect, although we cannot guarantee exactness due to natural variations. Before any shipment is made, we ensure a thorough quality check of the product and packaging to make sure that it meets our standards. We are committed to delivering our products in excellent condition, but please note that if there is any breakage during the shipment, we are not liable.

Post shipment, the tracking number will be communicated to the customer via SMS and/or Email. Please use this to track the shipment through whatsapp and social handle as well ..

3. Once we issued the invoice you cannot cancel it or change the product 

4. Customised client's choice of Designs that contains Auto-Cad Graphics take 10-15 days in making if anyhow the gemstone face any crack, dent during the making we shall be not responsible for the same neither we will change or exchange the gem . 

5. We do not buy back used gems 

6. Remaking on our made gold rings on valid for 4 Remaking in which wastage of metal is counted

Natural Gemstones comes with a lifespan depended on their quality & quality is depended on the investment of the price a gemstone last for as low as 3 years as long as 7 years after a regular use on a ring or pendent .
